Production
Our production line consists of 8 stages, with every stage bringing the raw materials closer to the final product. We will use this simple scheme to explain you how we produce our dried fruits.
Vibratory separator
On this stage, the intense vibration removes filth and foreign objects (e.g. stones or grass) from the raw materials.
Cascade wash
The products are thoroughly rinsed on a cascade wash, where several water streams remove all the foreign objects from the raw materials.
Drying
Sorted and washed raw materials are dried under the temperature of 60° C for 2-3 hours, until the humidity of the products would reaches 15-17%. On this stage, the intense vibration removes filth and foreign objects (e.g. stones or grass) from the raw materials (apricots, grapes, prunes, kernels).
Calibration
Conveyor belts with slots of different size sort the raw materials by size.
Laser scanner
Dried products undergo inspection on the laser scanner. On this stage, those fruits that are unformed and unfit for consumption are removed.
X-ray machine
X-ray machine is the last stage of the automatized cleaning. All the foreign objects (glass, plastics, metal, plastic film) are thrown away.
Manual sorting
Before the packing products undergo mandatory manual sorting. This procedure allows to make sure that the products are clean and qualitative.
Packing and metal detector
After all the stages of cleaning and sorting, the finished products are packed and tested on the metal detector. This procedure allows to make sure that no unwanted elements got into the product during the packing process.
